Brief: Create a PSA (Public Service Announcement) on 'Digital Anxiety' or 'Lifestyle Slowdown'. Duration < 60s.

The way I approached it was, picking up a single element that could represent of Digital Anxiety, and then drive the point home through an equivalent story element, that could work as parody/satire of existing cinematic tropes. So, I chose to develop 'data' as 'drugs' as a storyline, and employ imagery that what we currently associate with drug films.
Thus, the film would effectively exist in two parts; a drug trip, and the subsequent raid & reveal.

For visual efficiency, and to appear slightly 'trippy', I decided to employ a split screen for the drug fuelled first half, substituting standard visual flourishes of consuming drugs with analogies to data/internet devices. Only music is present for the drug consumption part, while only the raid half consists of dialogues.

The raid is shot in a hand-held style, with a visual look closer to news channel video cameras of the previous decade done in post-production.

The film doesn't end on a definite conclusion, but leaves it hanging as the reporter's rant fades into the same trippy music.
